I tried to make this song gibberish from top to bottom, but I think it means stuff on accident ( “You're a big storm / This is a teapot / It's the damn same story / You're so boring”). Unlike everything else on the album, this one jumps around different genres. I’m not sure why except to have fun and keep it interesting. I like quarter-note stomp, I like minor turns, I like garage rock, I like rootsy jams, I like stoner metal, so I threw it all in.
My friend Eric Delente played the strings, and he absolutely killed it, elevating each little bit and then blowing off the doors with his solo.
lyrics
Two wrongs and another ain’t right
Old shoes that glitter in light
I don't know if the fish are gonna bite
Well never on taco night
We roar like a vulcan in heat
Throwing rocks from the tops of the trees
I don't ever want to go inside unless it is taco night
You're a big storm
This is a teapot
It's the damn same story
You're so boring
Finally we've got a fine full figure
It's a shame
It's a sad song
I've got it all wrong
Another song from the basement
How ordinary
Another wasted EP
Saw through my disguise
Threw dirt in my eyes
Shave my face and get a stand up job in a sit down place
This kind of shit, it happens everytime
You gotta get yours before I can get mine
If you leave us out
We'll disappear completely
Leave the atmosphere discreetly
But if you put up a fight
We'll party every day and in the evening it is taco
I feel the pangs
Your nightmare in your hands
Tear the flesh the tendons and the glands
The time is nigh for the slaughter
We’re coming over
The die is cast
Metaphor hunger
I feel the hunger
Look to your left
Look to your right
They’re for whom you fight tonight
